A. Specification of Surface Resistivity
The test method of antistatic performance includes Surface Resistivity, Volume Resistivity and Decay Time. The specification of Surface Resistivity is about 109 ~1011Ω below in regular antistatic treated products.

B. Specification of Relative Humidity
Antistatic performance of conventional antistatic agent will become very poor under low relative humidity. But the permanent type antistatic agent will not lose the antistatic performance even under 50% or less relative humidity.
Our permanent type antistatic master batch contain unique conductive polymer. The Surface Resistivity can achieve to 109 ~1011Ω and humidity independently.
C. Request of printability and welding processing
The over migration of conventional antistatic agent will influence printability and welding process. The poor surface properties come from poor compatibility between antistatic agent and polymer. For the protective film product, the oily migration contaminate the protected substance likes TFT-LCD.

D. Request of washing resistant
Some electronic plant use recycle antistatic tray after washing. But the antistatic performance of conventional antistatic agent will become very poor after washing process.
